How HouseHub handles personal data and cookies.
Cookies
We use necessary cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, handle session flows, save language/theme choices, and remember cookie preferences. Analytics tools are not loaded until you accept the Analytics & statistics category (or choose “Accept all”).
Analytics and statistics
If you consent to analytics cookies, we use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the app is used — for example page views, device type, and approximate geographic location. The tool is cookieless and does not collect personal data such as name or email. Data is processed by Vercel Inc. as a processor under their terms. You can turn off analytics at any time in cookie settings; we will then stop loading the analytics tool.
Your data
When you create an account, we store the information needed for the app to work, such as profile, project, property information, tasks, documents, contacts, and feedback. We do not sell your data.
Hosting and storage
We use external hosting and storage providers to provide the app, handle sign-in, protect traffic, and store uploaded files. This includes Supabase (database and auth), Cloudflare R2 (documents), Brevo (email), and Vercel (hosting and, with your consent, web analytics). These providers may only process data to deliver the service to us.
HouseHub sends emails needed for accounts and collaboration, such as sign-in codes, password resets, and project invitations. If you contact us by email, we use the information to respond to your request.
Support and administration
Admin features are used for support, feedback, and troubleshooting. Access to user and project information should be limited to what is needed for support, and sensitive admin actions are logged.
Your choices and rights
You can export and import data in the app. Contact us if you want to correct, access, or delete information connected to your account. You can also change cookie preferences from settings.
